Privacy Policy
Iphamar Limited ("Iphamar", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what choices you have. It is written to be consistent with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
Who we are
Iphamar Limited, 5B Command Road, Lagos State, Nigeria. Contact: info@iphamar.com.
What we collect
- Enquiry details you give us on the Partnership form: organisation name and type, your name and role, phone, email, address, CAC and licence numbers, expected order size, and products of interest.
- Messages you send us by WhatsApp, email or phone, including documents you attach.
- Order list. The list you build on the Products page is stored in your own browser. We receive it only when you choose to send it to us.
- Technical data such as pages visited and device type, if and when we add website analytics. We will update this policy if we do.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, assess and open a trade account, and prepare quotes and invoices.
- To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations and to verify that buyers are licensed.
- To improve the website and our service.
Our basis for processing is your request to deal with us, our legitimate interest in running a compliant business, and legal obligations. We will ask for consent before sending marketing messages.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with people who help us serve you, such as couriers who deliver your order, banks and payment providers, professional advisers, and regulators where the law requires. Messages you send through WhatsApp or email pass through those providers' services.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and account records for as long as we deal with you and for the period the law requires for business, tax and pharmaceutical records. We then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent. Write to info@iphamar.com. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no online service is completely secure. Please do not send card numbers or passwords through the contact form or by WhatsApp.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above.
