We use technology to remove delays, errors and guesswork from the supply chain.
Care
Behind every order is a patient. We keep that in mind in every decision.

Sourcing
We buy from manufacturers and suppliers we have vetted, and keep purchase records so every pack can be traced to its source.
Who we sell to
Licensed pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, HMOs and organisations. We ask for your licence and CAC details first. Prescription-only medicines go only to buyers licensed to hold them.
Storage and delivery
Products are stored and dispatched in line with the conditions on the pack, and delivered on Thursdays.
On receipt
Check each delivery against your invoice, and check batch numbers and expiry dates before shelving.
If something is wrong
Set the product aside and send us the name, batch number and a photo of the pack. We investigate with the manufacturer, tell you what we find, and replace or credit the product where the fault is ours or the manufacturer's.
If something is wrong with an order
Tell us straight away. A quick report protects your patients.
Stop using it
Set the product aside. Do not dispense or sell it.
Contact us
WhatsApp or email the product name, batch number and a photo of the pack.
We investigate
We check the batch with the manufacturer and tell you what we find.
We put it right
Where the fault is ours or the manufacturer's, we replace or credit the product, and recall the batch from other buyers if needed.
Suspect a fake or unregistered product?
Counterfeit medicines are a real risk in Nigeria. If you suspect a fake product, keep the pack, tell us, and report it to NAFDAC as well.
